Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the Squishi app and website provided by 아드하즈 (ADHZ, “the operator”), including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users.

2. Using Squishi

Squishi compresses videos on your device and lets you compare and save the results. No Squishi account is required. The app accesses only the photos and videos permitted through your device settings.

An active paid plan is required to start a new compression. Before buying, you can explore the app, estimate savings for permitted videos, review prices and terms, and restore purchases. There is no free compression trial.

3. Plans and payment

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play. The purchase screen specifies the applicable price, currency, taxes, and billing period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

After cancelling renewal, you may use your subscription until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling renewal and refunding an existing charge are separate actions.

You may exercise cancellation and refund rights under applicable law using your store’s procedures. Contact us for purchase errors or access problems. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Expiry does not delete videos already saved or prevent you from reviewing, safely saving, or recovering results already created. Existing purchase records or rights are not automatically converted to a new plan.

5. Saving and deleting videos

6. Acceptable use and ownership

Do not use Squishi to infringe copyright or privacy, manipulate payments, or compromise service security.

Rights in your videos remain with you or their lawful owners. Rights in the app, brand, and other service materials belong to the operator or their respective owners.

Apple’s standard EULA applies to the iOS software license. Open-source components retain their respective license terms; notices are available in app settings.

7. Changes, interruptions, and liability

Features may change or be temporarily interrupted for improvements, security maintenance, or device and operating system compatibility. We give advance notice of material changes or paid service closure, including timing and arrangements for existing purchases. Urgent security or outage notices may follow the event.

Device performance, storage, networks, and external platforms may limit availability. We work to resolve errors and remain responsible under applicable law for harm attributable to us.

8. Changes to terms and disputes

Changes and their effective date will be announced in advance in the app or on the website. Material adverse changes and changes requiring consent follow applicable notice and consent procedures.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We seek to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

9. Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. For service or purchase inquiries, contact [email protected] or +82-507-1397-9915. Business information appears at the bottom of this page.
